マッキンゼーのレポートを見ていて、気になった言葉「スーパースター企業」。近年、スーパースター企業と、下位10％の企業との格差が拡大しているという。スーパースターは、世界的な多様性があり、無形資産（ソフトウェア、特許、ブランド）に、お金を使っているという。ここでの研究でも、スーパースターは、「エコシステム」を考えていることが、伺える。

「スーパースター」というと、スタークルーズの船の名前を思い浮かべるが、企業体としての「スーパースター」は、空母の上に、取引関係も載っているというイメージだろうか・・。
