半導体チップのＡＲＭが、量産を行う前の開発段階では、ライセンス不要という記事がでていた。量産を行う場合には、ロイヤリティを支払うことになる。一応、ＡＲＭの「開発者向け」のサイトに、登録をしてみた。人工知能、IoT、セキュリティ、5Gの分野で、成長が見込まれている。このサイトを見ると、独禁法で問題になっているクアルコム社の判決を見ながら、オープンな力を取り込むＲ＆Ｄについて考えているようだ・・。
