３Dプリンターロボット大会。 〜賞金５００万円は安いか？〜
３Dプリンタで作ったロボットをデザインして応募すると（優勝したら）、５００万円ほど貰えるようだ。自動車における爆弾処理を行うことができ、既存のロボット用のオープンソースOSなどで動くロボットが対象だ。コストは１０万円未満で製造可能であり、大きさは１フィートキュービック以内という規程がある。その他：
①車両シートやダッシュボード下の領域を検査することができる。
②車両内を移動する。
③大型ロボットの手の届かないところへいって、ボタンを押したり、小さなワイヤーを切断等することができる。
